The Knight and the Dragon by Andrew (Mole Class)

Once there was a brave and kind knight. The knight was saving the people from the giant dragon.
Suddenly, he saw two yellow scary eyes behind the trees. It was the dragon, it stomped off. Immediately the knight grabbed his sword.
The dragon breathed fire over the people but the knight hit him.
They fought and the knight won.
The people cheered for the knight and they lived happily ever after.

Once upon a time there was a girl called Emily. She was funny, even on the carpet at school.
After school, she went to Amy's house and they played a funny sort of game. It was like rock/paper/scissors but it didn't have rock/paper/scissors. It had guns, pencils and a monster but the guns always won.
It was time to leave so Emily and her Mum walked and walked because it was a long way back home to their house. Emily's Mum couldn't drive a car.
At home she got ready for bed and then went to sleep.

Rainbow Pie by Sebastian (Rabbit Class)

Once upon a time a little boy found a pie.  He found it while he was sweeping the leaves with his foot.  He went to find somewhere to wash the pie.  He found an old house, it was a witches’ house.  The witch washed the pie and turned it into rainbow pie.  He took it home and his mom said “where did you get that from?”  “I found it for you” said the little boy. They ate the rainbow pie with sausages and potatoes. His mom turned into a princess and the boy turned into a king. Their house became a castle and happily ever after.

The tale of Moose and 'What Now' by Zak (Mole Class)

Once there was spooky, creepy forest and in that dark spooky forest there was a dark spooky city, in that dark spooky forest there was a Moose with a friend called 'What Now'. One day a parcel got dropped off by a snail "Oh how funny" said Moose, but 'What Now' smelled something very peculiar "Whats the matter" Moose asked him again and again but 'What Now' was to busy staring in the parcel box a bit like he was so excited his socks nearly came off. With a disappointed face Moose walked along to see what was going on and then he sat staring at the parcel box. In it was all the snail shells in the world, so thats why they were delivered by a snail.

The Dino Walk by Jacob (Fox Class)

A long time ago there was a boy called Jack who lived at the top of a huge hill. His house had black windows , a purple roof , an orange door and a very colourful garden. He lived with his Mummy and Daddy and he had a dog called Fidgy - because he was very fidgety!

One day , Jack's Mum and Dad asked him to take Fidgy for a walk . On the way there, they saw a volcano and around it there were 1000 Dinosaurs! They had been in a huge fight with some big dragons but now they were fast asleep snoring! Jack had so much to tell his parents.

Fireworks Night by Lois (Hedgehog Class)

On Saturday I went to watch Fireworks with my family and my friend Erin.  I loved the bright green sparkly ones. There was a funfair there and Erin and I went on a gigantic slide. We climbed up the stairs and then jumped off the top down the slide, it was really fast and fun, we must have done it about 16 times. We also had some sparklers which my daddy lit for me, I wrote my name with it.

Our School Trip to Fleet Pond by Andrew (Squirrel Class)

We went on a coach to Fleet pond. We walked through the thick mud. I jumped in the mud. We looked at the reed beds. Me and my group looked at the swans and the ducks.  One swan was flying up in the air and landed in the pond. It looked like he was ice skating on the pond, because he came down and put his feet on the water and skidded without his legs going under the water.
We walked until we came to Sandy Bay where there was lots of sand. I put my foot in a puddle and my wellie boot fell off!
I got back on the coach and we drove back to my school.  It was a very good school trip. I wish I could go again.

Moshi Monsters by Isabel (Squirrel Class)

Once upon a time Moshi had a walk in moshi monster world, she met her friend Katsuma "Can I play?" asked Katsuma, "what can we play?" Poppy said happily "I know we could play tag" shouted Katsuma. "Good idea" Poppet said sweetly. So they played tag"Katsuma you are really good at tag" laughed Poppet, along came Luvli "Do you want to come to my house for lunch" said Luvli kindly. Poppet and Katsuma said "Yes please".  "Meet me at 12 oclock" "Agreed" shouted Poppet "all right" said Katsuma but what is the time "lets eat lunch now"

The Princess and the Mole by Ruby (Mole Class)

There was a princess who lived in a high tower.  Her name was Rhianna.  In her garden grew roses and daisies.  One day, walking in her garden, she spotted a mole. She couldn't believe her ears when the mole said "Hello, what's your name?  Who are you? My name is Bella.  I'm having a baby today."  Rhianna said "When your baby comes, can I visit you? What are you going to call it?".  "Alice," Bella replied.  "That's a lovely name. Would you like to come and see my kingdom?". Rhianna asked. "Oh yes please, I'll bring my baby tomorrow," smiled Bella.

Minion Rush by Matthew (Hedgehog Class)

One of my favourite things to do is play Minion Rush on Mummy and Daddy's iPad. I like it because you have to get bananas, you have to have Minions to play it. I have collected 812 bananas. You always have to jump over stuff, and how far you get the more faster the Minion runs. You run in Gru's lab, Minion Beach, El Machos lair, and Halloween residence. My favourite is Minion Beach because there are no battles. You can also collect gadgets to get new levels. My sister likes to play Minion Rush too. It is very good.

Jack and the Treehouse by Cameron (Mole Class)

Once upon a time there was a little boy called jack.  He was fast asleep in his bed, it was so quiet then he heard the door clanking.  It was his mum, she said 'do you want breakfast?' it is your favourite today, toast. Yummy, so he ate it with butter then he went outside and played on the swing weeeee woo.  jack had a tree house at the end of his garden, it was his special place where he could pretend to be anything he wanted.  It was full of magical things, and only his best friend knew about it.

Once upon a time there were skylanders swap force and they could swap. Rattle Bomb, Rattle Shift and Stink Shift One day they got sent to earth and came to me. We went on lots of adventures in Skyland and won every battle. We all lived happily ever after.

The Gruffalo by Evan (Eagle Class)

A mouse met a fox and he said would you like to have tea with me in my underground house. The mouse said no I am meeting a Gruffalo. The mouse then met an owl, snake, they asked the same. Then he met the Gruffalo. He has terrible teeth and terrible claws in terrible jaws, knobbly knees, Turned out toes, poisonous wart on the end of his nose his eyes are orange and his tongue is black with purple prickles all over his back. He scared the Gruffalo away and then found a nut and the nut looked good.

My Dream by Kyla-Mae (Mole Class)

I went to market and bought some runner beans but then I dropped an orange and dropped it on my jeans!
The orange juice felt wet and I began to sweat but then I got a shock when I saw a flying clock!
But then I saw a duck who said his name was Chuck.
He had a broken wing and I began to sing..."When it's a quacking day, I'll put a smile on your face."
My mum called my name which was real shame. It meant it was a dream and it wasn't what it seemed!
